Much faster and even cooking than the unit it replaced. Controls are simple and intuitive. Only drawback is the stainless steel that shows fingerprints but they wipe off pretty easily and I think everyone knows that about stainless steel appliances by now. Longevity is the only remaining question hopefully it will last a long time, but that's hard to say and impossible to determine.

The door is very loud when closing, and the rotating internal plate is squeaky and tends to pause during the microwave cycle. I should have gone up a few dollars and gotten the next best one.

The #1 button is wearing out (of course it’s the most often used button). Power is ok. I need 2 minutes to heat up a cup of water for a decent cup of tea. Other than that, good micro for the cost with great space for large plates.
