Purchased this same unit several years ago but finally broke because of something to do with the door opening and tripping the circuit breaker. We opted to get it again as it was very easy for my wife and I to install to the same wall hardware. Hoping this version of the model is more reliable than the last.

My microwave died after 12 years. The local appliance store where we bought it told us they didn't make it in that color anymore but they would be happy to sell us a more expensive stainless steel model. No thanks. I checked with Best Buy and they do still make it. I had a new one in 3 days shipped to the store and it fits and works great. perfect match. hope for another 12 years. Thanks Best Buy!

Looked brand new, came with all accessories and installed perfect, works great with no issues.

So happy to have purchased and to receive this microwave. It’s just what we needed to replace the one we had before. The quality, size and color meets and exceeds all expectations and the service techs were respectful, personable and remembered us from a delivery several years back.

It's a good microwave overall. I just wish that GE would put the same mounting holes in the same spots for microwaves of the same exact size. I had a GE unit that lasted 21 years and when it stopped heating I bought this one and was very disappointed that I had to drill a series of new screws to mount it and the hole for the cord. I hate cutting up the cabinet over and over and now have empty holes for stuff to fall into. However overall the microwave works great. Also wish the entire front section is the door, the upper 4 inches was part of the main cabinet of my old one and liked it better.

This was the replacement for the GE Microwave that was installed in our home when we purchased it 10 years ago. It was an exact match. Pricing was good although I was a little irritated that it went on sale 32 days after I purchased it--so I didn't get the lower price.

Operates very quietly. Nice, uniform cooking. Convenient, 1 touch buttons.

The only bad thing I can say is the instructions weren't 100% clear and I ended up doing some steps twice. but then again It was my first under the cabinet microwave installation. After that it worked great I have cooked everything in it from Popcorn to chicken casserole. I have had zero issues or disappointments. I would buy this product again and/or recommended it to a friend.
