Needed to replace old one. Had good experience with previous one of same model, size, color, and price were right. Would prefer amber colored clock/indicator light but that's only complaint. Install came as scheduled and was quick.

Overall experience at the store was great first time I've had an under the counter microwave and I'm very very happy with it works wonderful. Would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs it I got it because I have a GE stainless steel oven range and it matches perfectly, but definitely coming to Best Buy to buy anything I need again.

I had researched this microwave, so I felt it would be a good microwave. I installed the microwave with minimum of problems. It has a good beeber to let you know when item is done cooking, but is not obnoxious. Has a nice 2 bulb light for over the stove w/night lite feature. Runs very quietly and does a good job of cooking.

Works well. Love the Slate color. Wish the control panel had larger/brighter numbers. Good price. Have had GE appliances in the past and they were very dependable.

This is your typical, form and function over the range Microwave oven. As the oven seems to work properly I have two things I don't care about. One, The white LED is so bright, and I guess that's better than it being to dim, you have no problem seeing your way thru the Kitchen at night, LOL. The touch pad is far beyond TOUCH, you have to press pretty hard to get the function buttons to do anything. Now, I have arthritis but had no problem entering time and so on on my old microwave. I have to bend my finger and use my knuckle to enter anything on this panel.

Nice over-the-range microwave with impressive features at the this price. Needed white to replace the existing unit which is not available in all models. Installation (DIY) went well, although the template for the bottom of the cabinet was a little difficult to use. (Of course it won't fit the holes from the old unit). Unit works very well and is very quiet compared to the one we replaced.

This is a replacement of what we had the last time...same brand. I hope this handle stays coz the previous one got detached easily. For this microwave I could say it is quiet, spacious and does all the tasks i needed it for. We shall see how long this would last though.
