Purchased this GE item to replace two consecutive faulty Samsung products. This is well-built, easy to use, and you don't have to stab the buttons multiple times, at 80 lbs pressure, just to get a value to enter. The only improvement recommendation is to eventually backlight the keypad so you can use the product without a secondary light source.

Great appliance for the price!!!! Performs exceptionally well

Product was on time, easy, pick up. installation into the same brackets and exhaust vent that I had for the previous microwave, fit perfectly. So far working very well.

The only con I really have about this is the template being somewhat difficult to get laid out correctly on the bottom of the cabinet. I had to drill holes 3 times even after measuring using the template. Pros - this is a much quieter microwave than I expected to get for the price. Works very well so far. Very easy to use as well.

Easy to install, great features, and looks good as a swap for our old white one.

It is Very easy to use. Installed easier than our last microwave. The turntable works well. Heats food evenly. Love the surface light. We use it as a night light on low. Stainless surface very easy to clean. Inside of microwave is easy to clean as well. love the preset settings. Matches the other stainless appliances that we have very well.

So far microwave working as intended. Very nice looking in the kitchen. Purchase and delivery went smoothly. I need a credit for 1 aspect and credit was given without argument and posted to my credit card account as planned. I am well pleased with Best Buy on this purchase.

Quite while running, easy to navigate, inside is very large

I find the panel of numbers and prompts nearly impossible to read. I always need my eye glasses, as they are so faint. I didn't see it on "the floor", so was not aware it's so reflective. I can't send photo this way. Tnx for asking. I do appreciate the one press of numbers I need.

We bought this microwave for our daughter. I have one too. Love it. It goes over the stove with tbe light and vent I have had mine for about four years now and love it. Easy to clean rotates great size. Love not having it on my counter top.

Microwave has adequate features and is user friendly. It performed well until it started to fail just 3 months past the warranty end date. Item Installed 5/31/23. Sound panel began to fail on 9/1/25. Total tech extended warranty is misleading as it states the purchase is covered for an additional 24 months. However, according to C/S Rep. the warranty is only extended for 12 months beyond the manufacturers 12 month warranty. The 24 month extended warranty only applies to APPLE products. One Star Rating based on the fact that we as consumers should not have to be replacing appliances every two years, and if that is what things are coming to, then the microwave should have been priced at $50.00 to $75.00. Very disappointed with GE...They used to build quality products.

Overall nice microwave. Quiet operation, sleek look. Fan works good and is not overly noisy.. The door opening and closing doesn’t feel quite as sturdy as our old model however not too bad.. Wish the lights underneath had a timer in which you could program what time to turn off each day.. Happy with purchase

Works well quiet and the undercounter lights are nice. Food prep is a snap easy clean and good design.

Replaced GE 1.6 that was 20 years old. Simple install but the holes have changed for the cabinet mount but all in all very simple. The light and vent are improvements and the power is terrific. Only downside is the lack of an illuminated control panel If you’re a late night snacker, you’ll have to memorize the buttons or reveal yourself in the light.

We love this microwave. It looks sharp and works great. Very easy use and perfect size
