Good product so far. True to size and easy to install.

Microwave works well. Easy to use. Mounting was a bit difficult, instructions from manufacturer a bit cumbersome.

Easy to install, and the price was GREAT!!!!! The stainless steel color blended well with the other stainless steel appliances that I have. It also does not leave fingerprints!

This microwave got great reviews and was the exact size of the one we were replacing. Unfortunately we have a wall on the left and the door would not open enough, it had too much swing. We needed a zero hinge door. We returned it and bought one that had a zero hinge door, it is a different brand.

It has a sleek high end look without the high end price tag. Very easy to use & heats up quickly. The only downfall we’ve found is this annoying noise it makes when it’s in use & the turntable is going around. We’ve tried adjusting it, thinking we put it in wrong, my husband even put WD40 on the little wheels but it still does it. It doesn’t do it every time but 9 times out of 10 it does.

After 16 years of the original microwave that came my house, the day finally came when I needed to replace it. I wasn’t looking for something super fancy, just something that fit in the space and could heat our food. Settled on his model. Installation was straight forward, although I did have to drill new holes in the cabinets for the power cord...no biggie. Also make sure your setting up the venting option appropriately. Only thing I would have liked to see on this model is a backlit night mode for the controls. Other than that...this is a good item.

Bought this to replace a similar GE microwave that my parent's had bought 20 years ago. This model was lighter and a perfect fit replacement for the older model. The older bracket that was already mounted on the wall even worked with the newer model. We didn't have to mount any new hardware or drill any new holes. This was a perfect fit replacement for the earlier model and installation couldn't have been easier.

It is a perfect size and works great! I like that it matches the fridge and stove. convenient for us as we have it over the stove.

Magical- you press a few easy to use buttons and in no time, your food is heated. I didn’t think it would work that great for the price but it has been great.

The light on it is white, not green. That was a disappointment as my other GE appliances do have the green light so I thought that was nice, but nope, white light, not green. Now, other than that, this is an excellent microwave. Plenty of room for large oval plates, tall glasses/thermo. Simply press 1, 2 or 3 for 1, 2 or 3 minutes. Easy. It really has every feature "and" more. Very nice microwave, but why show a green light when it is white? Oh well. I would not return this as it's just too nice otherwise.

Item was in stock and ready for pickup on the date promised. I arrived to pick it up and a BB Team Member asked me to get my vehicle and park near the doors. That person carted the item out and loaded it for me. Unexpected by me but very appreciated. Great customer service.

I never have any issues when purchasing from Best Buy. My new microwave looks great in my kitchen. I had to wait a few days to pick up, it was worth the wait. My next purchase will be a new stove. Maybe a washer and dryer. It's about that time, out with the old in with the new.
