    The suction on freezer door is not tight and feels like door is not closed good. However, freezer is working.

    Do NOT buy this model. I bought this for my mother in law in October 2020 and it stopped cooling in January 2021. Unfortunately I didn't get the Geek Squad warranty because it has factory warranty and now I'm stuck with GE giving us the run around. I put in a service request in February 2021 and it is now 29 March 2021 and GE has rescheduled repair 3 times now. Today they called to reschedule repair service again to 16 April 2021. This refrigerator has been nothing but a headache. Do NOT buy.

    Super loud after 6 months. GE Repair said they fixed it but, didn't. Never buying GE again...

    Unfortunately we have to replace our old GE fridge. The new one is very low quality. We had to return the first one because it had deep scratch in the freezer. Very cheaply made. I don't recommend. Makes weird noises. The reason for the replacement was the weird noises our old fridge started making. I still can get over it the low quality of this fridge. I guess we are stock with it .

    Stopped working after a year and half of use. The condenser stopped working. No wonder their warranty is only for a year.

    Just got this refrigerator in July and now it's not working. I opened the freezer this morning and noticed a strange sizzling noise. I also noticed the items in freezer were starting to defrost and the lower half is not cool. I'm hoping we can get this exchanged or returned, but it's also now after the 15 days. Wish me luck

    When we made the original purchase, the refrigerator was allegedly in the warehouse & a deliver time was set. When the deliver didn't occur, I was told that there would be a delay, the fridge would arrive @ the local store in five days & an additional would be needed for setup prior to delivery. When that date arrived I was told the delivery maybe in two months. I canceled the order.

    After 29 days of purchase I have to put my stuffs in a cooler because the refrigerator just stop culling and the manufacturer gave me an appointment for service in 10 days.

    I scheduled a Saturday, and they called me to tell maybe they needed to reschedule, so we made the appointment for 2 weeks later I haven't gotten it yet. I feel like maybe they should have waited until I got the refrigerator before they asked me to review.

    1 - I was not happy with the product since the refrigerator had a dent on the door and the paint had been scratched off on the edge on the door
