When the deliver didn't occur, I was told that there would be a delay, the fridge would arrive @ the local store in five days & an additional would be needed for setup prior to delivery. When that date arrived I was told the delivery maybe in two months. I canceled the order.

I feel like maybe they should have waited until I got the refrigerator before they asked me to review.

The door to refrigerator does not automatically close if I forget and do not close it all the way. My old refrigerator door did close if I did not close it all the way. I have to be more careful. I wish it had another draw for cheeses and meats. Miss that feature but was limited by the size I could fit. Basic refrigerator but does the job.

What We Were Looking For

Unfortunately, it would have been nice if we could have leveled the refrigerator without using blocks of wood. The knobs broke off immediately. Now it’s taking two appointments to get it fixed.

Only downside and reason for one less star, is that the motor runs louder than other refrigerators we've had before. Otherwise fair price and fine quality.

It was a year ago that I purchased an entire kitchen ensemble (for just under $10K) from the Eatontown, NJ store and after having shopped around, was not surprised to find that my search this time ended at Best Buy. From purchase to delivery, installation set up and repair...service can honestly be rated five star! Chances are all future purchases of any major appliances/electronics will start and end with Best Buy. I've learned over the years, "I didn't go wrong" and have no reason to believe that my most recent purchase will continue to perform in the future as perfectly as today!
