I love my new refrigerator. It is counter-depth yet it holds quite a bit of food. I like the french door design because you can see all of your food once you open the two doors. I had an old side-by-side refrigerator that I had trouble finding things in. Not this refrigerator! Plus, the Geek Squad installation team were great and made it all worthwhile!

Beautifully designed refrigerator/freezer. We are very happy with the job the installer's did. Would definitely use Best Buy for future purchase and glad I have a Geek Squad subscription for the extra perks.

Perfect for the small space I had available. Installation was just what we needed. I needed a counter depth refrigerator that would open against a pantry wall so I needed a few inches for the door to swing. Not as roomy as past refrigerators but works gor me.

I would have given this refrigerator five stars however, it is very noisy when either the water cooler motor runs or it’s making ice. But otherwise it fits perfectly in our spot.
I would recommend this to a friend

Great all around fridge. It's on the smaller side, but it fit a tight space and has plenty of storage.

This was purchased to place in the kitchen of our mother-in law suite. We have limited space and this fits perfectly. With the ice and water located inside vs. in the door, the space lost from shorter depth is more than made up.

Unbelievably awesome. There is a space for everything. Fruit drawer keeps lemons, apples, berries fresh. Vegetable drawer keeps asparagus, celery and bell peppers fresh. A very well-designed refrigerator.

Looks great but is noisy when it runs. Not extremely loud but definitely noticeable. The huge draw back is the shelves. If there is a spill on the shelf, it is near impossible to get glass out to clean it. Liquid gets trapped between glass and shelf. Only way to clean it properly is to remove shelf and pry glass out very carefully. Huge pain if you have children that spill as kids all do.

perfect size for the space - interior water dispenser and ice maker are great - produces more ice than exterior dispensers - interior design/storage optimizes the space.

The refrigerator was barely a year old when it stopped blowing cold air into the fridge because condensation increases in the freezer and ice builds up behind the lower drawers, causing the ice to back up into the freezer so it stops working entirely. It appears to be a design flaw, which are conveniently not covered by warranty anyway. My husband has spent time and effort repairing it MANY times. We had a repairman come out who said it was fixed and wouldn't be a problem anymore. That "fix" lasted less than a month. The problem just keeps worsening, to the point where my husband has to use a hair dryer to melt the ice in the back of the refrigerator and turn the fridge off until it resets every few days. This is ridiculous and now, after only 3 years, we're forced to buy a new refrigerator.
We apologize that you're having this issue with ice build up affecting the refrigerator's performance, and we want to help. We recommend checking the gaskets to ensure the doors and drawer are able to seal properly. We have articles regarding ice building up on our GE Appliances website, titled "Refrigerator - Frost in Freezer" and "Refrigerator & Freezer - Ice on Freezer Wall"; those can be viewed when you look up the titles and click the Support tab. Troubleshooting tips are also available starting on page 45 of the manual, linked here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--8mdGPmnD--/le1xgtm293xkr1ces10o.pdf . If you aren't able to resolve this with troubleshooting, our Bodewell service team can be reached at 833-426-3393, Monday – Friday, 8AM – 8PM ET. I've given this refrigeration over a month, and I'm just not satisfied with the noise it makes when it kicks on. It was really loud when they first installed it, but I had someone come out to service it and it was better, but it's still louder than a $100 cheap fridge I have in our laundry room. I guess I was expecting something better for $2000. I'm going to try to have it repaired again, but I'm not hopeful. I truly regret choosing this fridge.

I was concerned if the refrigerator would fit in the kitchen space and still let me have access to my corner cabinets. Not only does the refrigerator meet my space requirements, but it matches my other appliances and looks fabulous.

Probably not a great family option. Ice maker in freezer takes a large amount of the freezer space and had to be removed during Covid. Shelves inside refrigerator are Not adjustable being every grocery visit requires rearranging items purchased. Overall good, Also, the interior water dispenser is somewhat a nuisance and frequently leaves water drips inside because no container can be flush with the dispenser.
