Delivery was an absolute nightmare, inconvenience, terrible experience. I opted to purchase from BB due to a vendor praising their warranty program. BB’s selection of US manufacturers appliances pales in comparison to HD & Lowe’s. I trusted my vendor’s advice & found 3 appliances to purchase from BB. I own rental properties & have purchased 10x more appliances than the average person.
When I say the delivery scheduling experience was a nightmare, it’s not an exaggeration. I’m already looking to purchase several appliances for properties. I will not even look at BB, based on the multi-day 12 hour delivery window, with zero updates, communication or way for the customer to easily communicate or narrow down delivery windows. BB did an excellent job of leaving the worst taste in the customer’s mouth.

Nice fridge. Only complaint is you can't buy generic water filters. GE put a Electronic Chip in the filter now so you have to buy theirs or you get an error message as i read. At $50 compared to the same generic at $12. Change every 6 months for $100 extra a year to run this fridge. Note that they make a bypass if you don't want a filter. Otherwise i would rate a 5 star.

When it worked it was good. Now six years and two repairs later, it will cost a boat load of money to replace the panel. Our repairman thinks it would be smarter putting that money into a new one.

Nothing but problems and now less than 5 years later may need a need refrigerator.
The ice maker stopped working almost immediately and chooses what days it wants to work.
The buttons have already faded and the freezer constantly freezes up.
It also makes the oddest noises all the time.
Absolutely regret my purchase and will avoid GE in the future.

We bought this in May 2020 when our old refrigerator stopped working after 10 years. Inventory was extremely limited. It is the worst refrigerator ever. The cooling is uneven. Liquids freeze randomly in the refrigerator section no matter which shelf or side we have it stored. The ice has never crushed properly, just jagged hunks and there is always some type of debris in the filtered water. We’ve had a technician come out minimum 3 times, but nothing gets resolved because its just the design and not a malfunction.

Biggest piece of junk we ever bought. initiated a return one day after delivery. You could hear it running throughout the house. Never was so glad to have it picked up and out of the house.
