So disappointing. New kitchen floor flooded due to improper hook up to water line. Paid for installation but all bins and shelves were not installed - they were left taped and secured as shipped from the factory. Took us at least 1/2 hour to put together. Refrigerator fine but installation rated 0 out of 10.

Thought I was getting a flat front refrigerator. This is not that.

This is suppose to be a brand new fridge. Fridge broke the day after it was delivered. Repairman sent to fix it and it broke down again. Still waiting for the item to be picked up and my account refunded.

So far we're so disappointed that words can't describe the frustration; so we will not review the refrigerator until it's delivered and working.

4th time trying to get it delivery and issues keep arriving with delivery and the fridge itself

plastic shelf on door broke. Had to call parts dept. $50 for part and delivery. purchased on 2020.

Found out it is internal problems. So had to order a new one. This particular refrigerator is out of stock so we had to order a different product.

My past 2 refrigerators were GE (white). Replaced with stainless steel counterdepth. After looking around this was my favoriete frig, but the side is such a dark grey it looks black and because of where my frig is located it looked awful. (Like an elephant in the room) Also, note the stainless steel is a darker color than most other brands. Items placed in back of shelf were freezing. Not sure if I was to go higher than recommend temperature if it would have helped. Handles do not show fingerprints as badly as Frigidaire. GE has most options for shelf adjustment than any other frig but make sure your door opens enough to get shelves out to clean or adjust! Even though my door opened a lot, I could not get shelf out. Quieter than Frigidaire, If color on side were not Sooooo dark.

I needed to replace my counter depth fridge in my summer home but I didn’t want to spend a fortune. I wanted ice and water in the door and I wanted plenty of ice storage. Best Buy did a great job of delivering and connecting. They hauled the old one away. No dents or scratches, it is in perfect condition. I think it is very quiet. I saw another reviewer say the ice maker was loud. That is not the case with mine. Only hear it when the ice drops. I think this is a great value for the money.

Delivery was an absolute nightmare, inconvenience, terrible experience. I opted to purchase from BB due to a vendor praising their warranty program. BB’s selection of US manufacturers appliances pales in comparison to HD & Lowe’s. I trusted my vendor’s advice & found 3 appliances to purchase from BB. I own rental properties & have purchased 10x more appliances than the average person. When I say the delivery scheduling experience was a nightmare, it’s not an exaggeration. I’m already looking to purchase several appliances for properties. I will not even look at BB, based on the multi-day 12 hour delivery window, with zero updates, communication or way for the customer to easily communicate or narrow down delivery windows. BB did an excellent job of leaving the worst taste in the customer’s mouth.

When it worked it was good. Now six years and two repairs later, it will cost a boat load of money to replace the panel. Our repairman thinks it would be smarter putting that money into a new one.

Nice fridge. Only complaint is you can't buy generic water filters. GE put a Electronic Chip in the filter now so you have to buy theirs or you get an error message as i read. At $50 compared to the same generic at $12. Change every 6 months for $100 extra a year to run this fridge. Note that they make a bypass if you don't want a filter. Otherwise i would rate a 5 star.

This refrigerator is VERY noisy. It appears to be the compressor. Can a technitiction come and look at it?

Nothing but problems and now less than 5 years later may need a need refrigerator. The ice maker stopped working almost immediately and chooses what days it wants to work. The buttons have already faded and the freezer constantly freezes up. It also makes the oddest noises all the time. Absolutely regret my purchase and will avoid GE in the future.

We bought this in May 2020 when our old refrigerator stopped working after 10 years. Inventory was extremely limited. It is the worst refrigerator ever. The cooling is uneven. Liquids freeze randomly in the refrigerator section no matter which shelf or side we have it stored. The ice has never crushed properly, just jagged hunks and there is always some type of debris in the filtered water. We’ve had a technician come out minimum 3 times, but nothing gets resolved because its just the design and not a malfunction.

Biggest piece of junk we ever bought. initiated a return one day after delivery. You could hear it running throughout the house. Never was so glad to have it picked up and out of the house.

Looks very inexpensive inside. The shelves are plastic and small. Difficult to level.

Garbage. Doors to light just disappointing. I don’t recommend this
