I bought what I thought was the same model with out the things I never used anyway It’s loud But it works like a 300$ Washer

The drain hose was moved to a high loop under the sink, but there is still a small puddle, and water gets sucked back toward the dishwasher after the pump shuts off.

It is normal for up to two cups of water to be left in the dishwasher tub after a cycle. If left for a while and no cycle is run, this water will drain and evaporate over time. Ordered on line because of COVID, so didn't have the opportunity too physically see or touch it prior to purchase. Had a problem with water not draining properly - turned out to be an installation problem not a problem with appliance. Hopefully with not have any other problems with the appliance.
