    I like to shop at Best Buy because the sales people really know there products and the delivery system is very good. And the geek people are also very good.

    We had to replace our present GE dishwasher with top controls. We were looking for one to match our other appliances but with front controls. This dishwasher was perfect. Our salesman, Ricky G. did a great job describing the differences and advantages of the new dishwasher.

    Nice so far I did call to have installation to have it redone cause the first guy had it lop sided Now it is installed good

    The Dishwasher is nice . It came with a broken plastic mid conduit blaster, holds upper spray bar in place. Obviously broken from factory. I've contacted GE support several times, 30 days later no replacement part. GE support is non existent.

    I purchased this unit because i was told it was ,,floor model,, - once i got it home and removed packaging, it was clear that this was used before since inside was all dirty and filter was clogged with pet hair, nota way to do bussiness if you ask me.

    I can't review this dishwasher because I haven't received it yet. However, I did received a bill for it. I will not be making a payment until I receive the product and have tried it out. i do not expect to make the payment on the requested date and DO NOT expect to be charged a late payment. Once I receive and use the dishwasher I will update this

    After a multi week struggle trying to get a replacement after the first one arrived damaged, I've finally got a new one on its way.

    I bought this dishwasher on December 27, 2023. The first one that was delivered was damaged and the installer refused to install it. I had to wait until February to get another one installed. Here it is March and the dishwasher flooded my kitchen. When I called best buy they told me to contact the manufacturer. I expected more from Best Buy.

    I wish there is less than one star. Worst experience ever. Broke in the first use. GE sent a service tech and now we are waiting for the backordered part. Big scam. GE should replace the whole washer with a new one.

    BestBuy "Service"... One Star at Best. Product??

    Not the product... wouldn't know about the product, BestBuy has not delivered it yet. Was delivered badly damaged on 12/10/24. I was told someone from BB would call me to reschedule delivery. I had to call BB on 12/13/24 because no one had called me. After 3-hour runaround (800 number, 888 number and chat site) I found out that due to an error on their part, no delivery had been rescheduled. So delivery was then rescheduled for 12/18/24 (today). They are not delivering today. No email, text or phone call regarding the non-delivery, I had to call them to find out. No one at BB knows why the delivery was not happening today, and said that they could reschedule the delivery for 12/27/24. Despite the two botched deliveries and the lack of communication on their part, BB is telling me that 12/27/24 is the earliest delivery date "available in the system". No consideration for the botched deliveries, my time, or their lack of communication. Oh, they did offer me a $25 dollar credit for my inconvenience (what's your time worth?). Product is probably as great as others say it is... I would just buy it somewhere else besides BestBuy. Service has been horrible (and I am a "My BestBuy Total Member"), so good luck to the rest of you.
