I order this item about month ago and still I have no idea when it’s ready for pick up they told me about Teo weeks ago it will be ready

Not the product... wouldn't know about the product, BestBuy has not delivered it yet. Was delivered badly damaged on 12/10/24. I was told someone from BB would call me to reschedule delivery. I had to call BB on 12/13/24 because no one had called me. After 3-hour runaround (800 number, 888 number and chat site) I found out that due to an error on their part, no delivery had been rescheduled. So delivery was then rescheduled for 12/18/24 (today). They are not delivering today. No email, text or phone call regarding the non-delivery, I had to call them to find out. No one at BB knows why the delivery was not happening today, and said that they could reschedule the delivery for 12/27/24. Despite the two botched deliveries and the lack of communication on their part, BB is telling me that 12/27/24 is the earliest delivery date "available in the system". No consideration for the botched deliveries, my time, or their lack of communication. Oh, they did offer me a $25 dollar credit for my inconvenience (what's your time worth?). Product is probably as great as others say it is... I would just buy it somewhere else besides BestBuy. Service has been horrible (and I am a "My BestBuy Total Member"), so good luck to the rest of you.
