I give it at 3 because I'm not quite sure how everything works right now and its not simple. I didn't use it once it seem like it takes forever. And something we're not as clean as I'd like them to be. I used the recommended wash. I'm sure I just need to read the Manual.

Posted .Hello cwhite24 - this is Nancy at GE. Congratulations on your new dishwasher! This is a nice model. It is an Energy Star Model so it will take longer to run, but uses less energy. For improved wash performance, it is important to have water coming into the dishwasher at 120 degrees F. We recommend running your hot water at your sink a minute prior to starting the dishwasher. We also recommend using the Wash Temp Boost option. Please make certain you are using the rinse agent as well as your detergent. I hope this helps! Thanks for providing your feedback!

The inside is deceiving, it looks small but holds a lot of dishes. It also runs incredibly quiet, I can talk on the phone while it is running and still hear! The only drawback (?) is the length of the cycles, but with the spotless results I can't complain.

After we found that the dishwasher had only 3 legs, and after we obtained a 4th leg and installed the washer it broke down after a couple of uses. The Geek squad tech advised that the control board was shot. GE must have moved to another America.
