Good dishwasher i got it installed and then realized the third rack came without a back stopper so whenever i pulled it out it would fall out of the dishwasher i called GE and they mailed it to me easy install after that it’s been a great dishwasher

Cleans very good. Very quiet compared to LG I previously had. The room on 2 & 3rd racks were much more than LG’s, and the spacing of the plates, glasses rows are very convenient. Haven’t had a chance to use jet wash for cups/glasses/smoothie containers yet. And I bought this as an open-box dishwasher!!!

Love the overall size and room the dishwasher has! Especially the top rack. Overall definitely recommend dishwasher!

Quiet, efficient and gets the job done! Easy to maintain as well. My last dishwasher was difficult to have the filter removed for cleaning

Very quiet. Cleans dishes beautifully whether using Cascade Gel Complete OR Cascade’s best pods. I set it for 1 hour clean with the “normal” drying time of 1 hour. Total time about 2 hours.

We bought this to replace our 6 yr old gallery. After learning how to stack our dishes (3rd rack is handy), was amazed at what 6 decibels actually was. To use the bottle jets for larger shakers, you have to lower the middle rack. Dishes are cleaner and quieter.

Love the 3rd rack for large cooking utensils. Had to get used to the smaller silverware holder, but I can see where the 3rd rack helps.

Both the delivery men were very knowledgeable on the installation of my Dishwasher. Every time i purchase anything from Best Buy I have been very happy with the entire process. Pricing and service, they are very reliable and consistant.

Very quiet, cleans well and dries much better than prior one. Only issue is the door, which while stainless steel it seems hollow and very lightweight

We've had the dishwasher for one month now. It cleans really well and the dishes come out dry too. I really like the third rack for utensils. The middle shelf adjusts easily enough. My one minor complaint with it so far is that one of the front wheels on the bottom rack has popped off a couple of times when either pulling the rack out or pushing it back in. I haven't yet figured out what causes it (besides a not-optimal design?). Since its happened a couple of times to us, we are hyper aware of it now, watching to see if it happens again so that maybe we can figure this out and change our interaction. We shouldn't have to worry about this - which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

I couldn't be happier with this dishwasher. It’s incredibly quiet—even during the heavy-duty cycle, it’s barely noticeable. We love our new dishwasher! It works very well and is a great help in our busy 4 member household. It's not super loud and has an efficient 1 hour wash!!

I bought a dishwasher 11/15/24 that was not delivered until 12/3/24. The 3rd party installers did not install it correctly and I was displeased with the service. I called to have this fixed and requested to have another come out. For their first available appointment, I had to wait two weeks only to find out they had scheduled the exact same team to come and fix the dishwasher. I called and insisted I did not want that same people to come out and again requested a different team and was told I had to wait until January to get someone from geek squad to come out. I waited and missed a day of work only to find out, after waiting 12 hours and calling to be reassured someone was coming, that nobody was and the appointment needed to be rescheduled. Finally, the techs came out to my house, 1/23/25, and told me it was installed incorrectly and that parts were missing from the dishwasher and I needed to call Best Buy to request an exchange for the dishwasher., which I did the same day After a 45 minute conversation on the phone with a representative explaining my case, and they could see all the evidence of all of the phone calls I had made, and the appointments made and then canceled by the techs, i Was told that I was outside of my exchange window date at this point, and there was nothing they could do and I needed to call GE instead. The fact that I had to call GE to try to get my dishwasher fixed/exchanged after spending money on a five-year warranty is insane and it’s deceptive. I was only outside of my 60 day Exchange timeframe because Best Buy kept making appointments two weeks out and then nobody would come to my house to fix this. Best Buy is using unfair and deceptive practices especially when it comes to their warranties and they are unwilling to make it right. I have been a long time shopper of Best Buy b/c I always had great service with geek squad but it seems the service has gone way down hill now. Dishwasher itself does not seem that bad just dont buy it from Best Buy
