If the dishes are not drying, please make certain your water is entering the dishwasher at 120 degrees F, that you are using the "heated dry" and "wash temp boost" options and that you have a rinse agent in the rinse agent dispenser. Well best buy didn't investigate that at all.... So after I purchased out and installed it my self(which is so easy there 110 dollars installation fee is a joke) I fixed the door problem by putting the door back into the correct hook and it works great.... So lesson to be learn is that best buy doesn't try and fixing any open box items they just re sell quicki just happen to be lucky it wasn't a real problem and I was smart....

It works great, the only thing is the top arm does hit the dishes in the bottom rack but it doesn't seem to cause a problem cleaning. The outside wipes up so nicely and no finger prints!
