GE regrigerator is working as it's supposed to. Installation went well and it took only 5 minutes to connect a water hose. I did not choose the best buy installation service as its ridiculously expensive $160. I am taking off 2 stars because I think installation should come free for an item priced over $2000.

It cools down pretty quickly. The noise level is low (compared to an old GE refrigerator I had before). The bottom draw is kind of heavy, I have to pull very hard every time.

Worst mistake of buying this product. BestBuy does not fit the waterline to it as well so don't fall for the 'we will come and install' marketing gimmick. It takes months if not years to get over the stress of spending for this product.

Freezer door slightly ajar even after closing, causing ice to build. There is no encased place to put the butter. No sliding drawers. All drawers seem to be made of plastic.

Originally wasn't going to go with stainless but the fingerprint resistance one is really something. So much space inside.
