Where do I start? I received 3 refrigerators and not one worked properly. Fridge #1 had a manufacturer defect, and the installation took 3 hours (way too long). We returned it for another fridge that quit after 3 days. Best Buy chose not to fix it, ordered another one that came 4 days later. Fridge #3 came and had a loud noise in the motor. We sent that back and asked for a refund on October 12. I checked today and saw that we had still not received our refund yet, and have now been told it will come soon. Why did I have to ask again? FYI, I went to Lowes the afternoon on Oct 12th, purchased a new fridge and it came the next day and have had no problems. Same price.

Great size capacity! This refrigerator holds a bunch of food. The freezer is easy to use and very large. Would recommend.

Perfect addition to our new kitchen. Recently moved into a new house.

Moved to Virginia. Left this same model in old house. We have Side by Side and hate it. Found this on Best Buy. On sale, saved almost $1000. And with Total Tech, free installation, move old one into garage !!! Love Best Buy New one is on Order, be here in a week

Very happy with this so far. I did think it would display the ounces on the screen when filling water and it does not but otherwise great product.

Very dissatisfied with the ice dispenser. When the “cubed” is selected crushed and cubed come out and it sprays all over. It should be a cleaner dispersement. Aldo, there is not a butter compartment. Very disappointed in this missing feature, especially since there is room for it.

Good fridge for cost. A little larger than id hoped but i didnt measure.

Designers of water/ice dispenser had one job: Make a good dispenser. They failed. Given that this is used daily, that's unforgivable. Water cut-off ALWAYS drips after use. Bottom tray is flat and shows any drips. Temporary solution: Hang a towel from the freezer door and wipe it down each time while muttering under your breath, "Bad GE design." Ice, whether crushed or cubed, flies out all over the place, no matter how close you try to hold the container. Is this the Devil at work? Temporary solution: Pick up ice while muttering under your breath, "Bad GE design." Fortunately, there's an alternative to both of these design issues. Search online for GE Refrigerator Ice Chute Adapter and check out the Etsy listing. Works like a charm. WHY couldn't GE have tested its product before inflicting it on the public?

This refrigerator-freezer never operated properly. I finally put a thermometer into the freezer section, and it read 22 degrees F. Ice Cream and Sherbert were melting so I put the thermometer in the refrigerator section, and it read 50 degrees F. Best Buy came and removed the unit because it did not cool properly.

Love this refrigerator. It’s gigantic and the freezer has a ton of space. Was worried because only 2 drawers and I had a 3 drawer one, but this is way bigger.

I just purchased . The delivery people were awesome. So far it is performing like a champ. I am so glad the sales Associate showed me this fridge as I was set on a Samsung to match my existing appliances that came with my new house. It is a well built fridge

I love this new refrigerator. And it was one of the few that was similar to old fridge (which died after 20 years). I've always preferred a bottom freezer, so the top part has more options for customizing the space. And I love GE!

Really bad service. They put the refrigerator in my truck and refused to help me secure it and walked away claiming they legally cannot assist. I had to slowly drive to a spot in the parking lot where I could try and secure it by myself. Luckily someone saw my desperation and helped.

Very nice. I like the recoil on the doors to insure that you make sure you close the door all the way. Nice deep freezer. Sounds that confirm the doors are closed.

Initial one did have some fitment issues with freezer door. Best buy was topnotch to fix the issue.

We purchased this refrigerstor to replace our older GE side-by-side. We’ve had it for a few weeks now and so far we love it. Our old stainless steel fridge was not magnetic, but this one is. The french door option is nice and the storage is plentiful. We transferred everything from old fridge into this one and still had room to spare. So far, would definitely recommend.

This product works very well, it is great to have someone bring it in take my old refrigerator out very professional people help me connect it and all that I'm very happy and will continue to buy stuff through them
