The icemaker stopped working after the 1 year warranty, and if you don't want to wake up the entire neighborhood each time you get ice, do not buy this fridge.
We are sorry to hear you're having this issue with your refrigerator icemaker. If your dispenser isn't dispensing ice, please try pressing in on your glass for a couple of minutes. The icemaker can cease up and shutdown and pressing in and holding can correct it. If you still have issues, please reach out to Bodewell Service by calling 1-833-426-3393.

Loved the refrigerator, very spacious. The compressor went out the third week I had it. No replacement available until 3 months later. Service/repair was completed today. Hopefully no more issues.

Bought GE 27.7 FT French door fridge from Lowes, it stopped cooling after 6 days (returned). Bought same fridge from Best Buy and it lasted about a month, was never quite at temp setting from day one. Best Buy no problem taking fridge back.

I actually do not know, because it is still in our garage. We have been waiting for ordered service for almost a month. We had ordered delivery this one and haul-away the old one. Because they were not able to take away the old one, we were asked to keep the new one in our garage and to rescheduled service. We have rescheduled it I think 4 times. It is good for people who do not work. Because we are not able to choose hours available for us. We waited at least 3 times (4 hours each time) for nothing. And it was our fault. So the first time it was inconvenient. But today we had to rescheduled it one more time and it is really frustrating. Very, very poor service. But we do not know anyting about this refrigerator.

I bought the fridge from bestbuy last december. I was excited about the purchase but weeks into, our food started going bad and fridge start smelling. I tried everything to make it work but yet still the same issues. I went to bestbuy to report the matter but because i cancel the warranty I bought from the store, they can’t do anything for me. I thought all appliances comes with manufacturer warrenty. Some please advise me on what to do.
