Motor runs pretty loud. Had it checked and has something to do with high and low efficiency. The moment the person walked in he already knew the problem. It was a 5 second diagnosis with a 20 minute conversation. Good thing we didn't have to pay for anything.

Good, solid-performing appliance so far. The ice machine is pretty loud, and unfortunately, this sticks out a couple of inches farther than the similar capacity one it replaced. Make sure to check all measurements.

I’ve had the fridge for over 2 weeks and it will not make ice. After one person gets a cup of cold water from the fridges filtered system, the rest will be room temp water. Shelves suck. Called Best Buy for help on ice maker not making ice and the refused to help without throwing geek squad purchases at us or telling us we should have gotten that.

Not happy with it , supposedly it's a large size but it doesn't hold lot of food in it , the shelfs can't be move hier or lower so I can hardly place my pots or pans, I miss my old one were I could place more stuff. I wish I can return it.. not happy or satisfied.

I would not recommend this refrigerator at all. I had it for one month and the compressor needed to be replaced. Best Buy wanted no part of the issue and basically told me it’s your problem.

Junk. We had two delivered so far. The first didn't work, and the second was damaged. The drawers seem like cheap plastic, and don't glide smoothly. Now, we are back to searching for a working fridge.
Hi - We are so sorry to hear you are finding the temperature controls difficult to operate. To adjust the fresh food temperature, press the Fridge pad repeatedly until your desired temperature is displayed. With each press the temperature will go up one degree, keep pressing the pad and the control will rise to 42 degrees (highest) and then start over at 34 degrees which is the lowest) setting. Compressor died 4 months after 1 year warranty. It worked wonderfully right until it died.

Unfortunately the water and ice maker aren’t working. Waiting on a replacement.
