excellent new refrigerator with all the features we needed at a good price. Sales rep was very helpful and delivery people did and great job and removed old frig without problems. The frig is working fine.

After a bad experience with an LG refrigerator I'm a little gun-shy to leave a raving review of any new appliance but so far so good. What I can say is we received excellent customer service from the gentlemen that delivered our new GE refrigerator. Would purchase a major appliance again from Best Buy for sure!

We love this refrigerator. It has all the space we need in the refrig and freezer. This is our second of this model - we left one in the house we sold and bought a new one for our new home. Highly recommended

The GE fridge is only one month old, but so far it is working really well. The guys delivered on time as promised and did a really good job with installation. Thank you!!!

Delivery process was an absolute nightmare. Refrigerator is okay. It wasn’t the one we picked out but after purchasing was told we would have to wait 2 months to get it. So we went with this one. Terrible experience

I’ve had the fridge for two months and so far, so good. Vegetables stay super fresh for a long time in the drawers. The freezer has way more room than it looks like it would have. I took away one star because the protective plastic is tucked in EVERYWHERE and has left little pieces sticking out where I couldn’t free it.

We got this fridge for an amazing price due to an open box special and then an additional manger's discount on top of it. I refuse to buy a Samsung due to their ice maker issues, so having the complete in-door water/ ice maker was a huge deal maker.

My refrigerator stop cooling…
Best Buy’s Geek squad come out: they pull my refergerator out from the wall open shut the door, unplug it shove it back in place, tell me it’s my compressor someone else I have to come out and fix it. They will inform them that the compressor is out.
Technician comes out yesterday, pulls the refrigerator out from wall. Removes back panel then screws panel back on and said yup It’s the compressor I’ll order parts. They won’t be in until the 24th then once parts come in, someone will come out to replace and it’ll take a couple of days after they replace it before the refrigerator will be cool enough for you to store food in…
Sooo no refrigerator for Thanksgiving‼️
I’ve called 10 times or more and can never get to anyone that can resolve the problem. They don’t have a loaner for me to use during this time so I guess I’m supposed to use a ice chest. This is very frustrating.

Has more space than previous side by side. Compressor does run a little louder than prior unit.

I purchased this refrigerator because I had an older GE cafe in my last home. I did not notice that it did not have a butter keeper on the door. I have never owned any fridge that didn’t have one. Also doesn’t have compartments on the door of the freezer door as my last GE fridge had. There is no accessory I can buy to add either item. Otherwise it’s a ok French door fridge. The freezer drawer opens and drags the top shelf open also. My last fridge did not do that and you have to push it back so you can access the lower drawer. I’m not sure if it’s a defect or just the way it was built. The older model was definitely better.

Love the refrigerator. After researching many brands online, I decided on the GE. American made!!! It's beautiful and resists fingerprints as advertised!!! A plus when you have grandkids. My salesgirl was excellent and answered the questions I asked honestly. The delivery crew was equally excellent. They connected the waterline, installed the interior of the fridge, gave me a demo, explained the controls and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to purchase major appliances from Best Buy in the future.
