However, it does not come with a drip tray for the ice/water dispenser on the door. Any drip will run down the front of the fridge. Other than that, it's a great fridge.

Replaced my side by side refrigerator with a slate gray French door one. Love the freezer on the bottom. As other reviewers mentioned, can hear the ice maker at times. Otherwise no issues.

The gray slate stays clean and is very easy to maintain. I would recommend the extra ice makers due to the small one that comes with the refrigerator . Another note if you are installing it in a area that has kitchen cabinets above the refrigerator make sure you have enough room above cabinets the door are higher then the refrigerator and I had to trim the bottoms of my doors .

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The fan motor that brings the cold air up from the freezer failed initially 3 months after purchase, it was repaired and has now failed again after just over 1yr of ownership leaving us out of any kind of manufacturer's warranty. We were told by the Geek squad service tech that this is a known issue with this particular appliance and that is it happened again Best buy would exchange the unit for a new one. Well it happened again and I've been told by 2 different Best buy employees now that I am out of luck "should've bought an extended warranty." This an $1800 pile of garbage and Best buy couldn't care less.

Worst Ever

It has been repaired twice inside of the year warranty and they extended the warranty another year. We still have problems with it making all kinds of weird noises. Even had to purchase an extended warranty so I don't have to go buy another one so quickly!
