It's a good stove but wish it was more powerful and the steel did not stain so easily. It looks like if I don't wipe drips right away, the stain will be hard to rub off later.

I was robbed $195 dollars at home during the installation. I was told to either pay the $195 dollars, if not they wouldn't install my cooktop. This was on my 40th anniversary. By the way, the installation company never game me a receipt for the additional $195 dollars that they charge me, nor why they charged the $195 dollars for. I called the Best Buy tel.# still no receipt to date. Also, a Best Buy employee was at my home, and involved in the robbery also.

It was on sale from $649 but I find it hard it actually cost this much. Burners are thin, the base is thin. Hoping for the best. Nice knobs. So far, works great.

Long time customer!!!! Very bad service, bad service!!!!! Ive called 3 times for follow up with an installation service due to a strong gas smell under my cooktop. Each time of the three they have given me an 8 hour window, from 12-8 pm to show up and have failed to every single time, then leave me on the phone for 30-45 minutes just to reach someone to discuss the issue with service. I spoke to the supervisor but still wasn't able to get someone to come out and fix the issue. Its really getting ridiculous.

only use for 1 and half year. dis appointed this product. ignition switch always comes out sound of when you ignition light for using. i am a Best loyalty customer. is it any way to fits it or replace this item for me. pls reply me. Thanks
