I’m very grateful that Best Buy not only has good prices but also has great sales. No way could I have afforded a new washer had this not been the case. And on top of the great sale price it came with a warranty from the manufacturer. No additional cost and still got a warranty. Perfect timing for a large family with a small budget. Thank you Best Buy!

Regarding the noise, some noise is normal but we recommend ensuring it's level to minimize vibration. Adjust the leveling legs so that the unit is level front to back and side to side for the best results. Lauren@GEAppliances

We have been doing multiple loads a week for close to a year. No issues at all inexpensive product doesn’t mean poor quality

Luckily, Best Buy had a top-loader that was easy to use (not too many buttons!) I find that no matter what cycle I use, the clothes are done well.

Had a Samsung that I hated and my prayers were answered when I purchased this one! Very easy to use no water sensing and all that new stuff that you really don’t need.

She found it to be noisy and the worst part is that the washer bundles up bed sheets to the point that it must be stopped and rebalanced. And eve worse, is that I bought the 5 year warranty for it : (

Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. The day of delivery was great too, they came in and within minutes everything was installed with no issues. Having app helped knowing when delivery people would come by without waiting all day.
