Been using it for two months now and absolutely no complaints or problems. It’s easy to use, easy to figure out the features, and easy to get clean clothes! Very happy with it!

It washes clothes and bedding well. I like that I can open and check water level during the wash cycle. No complaints!

I was very pleased with choice of Best Buy. I had to have a smaller specific width & depth which gave me only 3 choices My nee washer is a liitle loud but much deeper tub and plenty of dash buttons-not digital. Also allows me to open lid after wash has started. I love quick wash option . Very pleased with h ptoduct sale price, 2 day install and professional,on time installers.

I YouTubed this it had lots of complaints about being loud and I think there pretty quiet for an agitator washer. For what I paid for the washer on sale it's a pretty good unit.

It looks good, runs smoothly, and most importantly it gets the job done. My clothes come out clean every time, and I haven’t had any issues with it so far. I’m not an expert when it comes to appliances, but for everyday use, it’s reliable and easy to work with. Overall, it's a solid washer that does exactly what I need it to do.

The only issue I have is that no matter what button or setting you have it on it does not let you put more it than half full of water. So big comforters are not completely under water.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. High Efficiency washers do not fill like the old models of the past. Most of the water will be absorbed by your load and won't be standing above the level of the clothing or other washables. For your comforter, choose the Max - Water Level, Bulky wash cycle, Deep Fill and Deep Rinse options. Bear in mind, the drain and spins cycles at the end will remove most of the moisture saving you valuable time and energy by not needing to dry the item as long. If needed, the online Owner's Manual is available by clicking on the Features Tab, scroll to the end of the Features List to locate the manual. -Vikki@GEAppliances

It has a nice sized tub capable of handling a large blanket. It does sound difference that the agitator I'm accustomed to with my old Maytag... ;-)

I'm 69, owned many washers, but this one is literally the worst washer ever! Even though I put the clothes in evenly, and set the fill to the right amount, when it spins after it washes, apparently something goes wrong and it starts banging like crazy! It tries to fix itself, but usually doesn't, and I have to unplug it to reset it, then start over... sometimes with it full of water!! And if it does do things correctly, when it spins out the water, it will spin for 15 minutes!!! How this can be considered efficient is beyond me! And don't get me started on the loading! That's a whole other ridiculous thing! I wish I had never bought this washer! How it has such good reviews I'll never know!

I washed my queen-sized down comforter with no problem. I highly recommend this machine. It’s very durable and cleans clothes very well. The agitator doesn’t catch on things either.
