The washing machine works good.the only complain I have it.Do not come with. An owner's manual

Wife luvs a washer that really works! It’s got an agitator, so no problem cleaning the cloths.also, much quicker than the new, non-agitator ones, believe me!

I still don’t understand how come in a new washing machine inside the box when I opened there was tree leaves inside the machine not the box inside the machine

Really good works great a lot of room doesn’t make much noise

Good addition to the washroom, Several cycles for various cleaning types. I love the quick wash feature for small lightly soiled loads.

We purchased this around a month ago and have no coplaints at all. We replaced a Maytag.

Washer works well. It's a little noisy and does not show how many minutes the load will take to complete.

This is a great washing machine for the price. The product was delivered in good condition and the set up was done very professionally with care.

I love love loved the previous model. We aren’t the casual clothes type as we have livestock. I need high water deep clean and extra rinses. My old model needed replacing after 4 years (always buy the 5 year warranty, appliances don’t last like they used too.) I was bummed I had to get rid of it but excited learning there was a new model. The washer gets deliver and within the first couple loads I was like oh my why is this so freaking loud?!? The spin cycle shook the house and I had it leveled by geek squad and my hubby checked it multiple times. The spin also produced this squealing squeaking noise that would send my cats running for cover. They advertise an extra rinse , the manual says it has an extra rinse (use drain spin cycle and you can just run a rinse cycle by itself. ) it wouldn’t work. I had geek squad out and they got the extra rinse to work if I also choose deep fill but then I was wasting all this water. There is a manual water level button but on max it would only fill half away and on low it would fill more. To make this all worse my clothes were still dirty. I tried the extra power / soak button and things were still dirty. Also you can’t run a heavy duty cycle with soak and heavy duty agitation. It’s one or the other. I had NONE of these problems with my old ge washer. I even called ge thinking something had to be reset or how to get extra rinse working and their employee told me no ge washer has or ever had just a rinse cycle. My old one did and the manual says it did and it did on this model if I choose deep fill. Obviously ge needs to train employees better. Geek squad agreed i should return washer so I did.
