||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This washing machine has a terrible rinse cycle even though I use the appropriate amount of detergent. Clothes come out with soap residue all the time and when I tried the extra rinse toward the end of the cycle I noticed that the tub simply fills with water then agitated and empties. As the water level goes down you can see the soap residue still sitting on top of the clothes and then the spin cycle starts with the soap residue still in the clothes. The only way I found to fix this is manually add water during the spin cycle and when it completes, run the "drain & spin" cycle to get all the water out of the clothes. I may as well go down to the river with a wash board.

HE detergents are low-sudsing and specially formulated for high efficiency washers to provide excellent whitening, stain removal and clothes care. They are recommended for use in all of our washers. Mine was dented on the left side looking at the machine. Packaging was all in place and appeared undamaged but the washer clearly sustained some damage.
