They brought me a second one and it was even worse made really bad noise when it started to agitated. Checked it out and the same problem. Was not happy with the product. The customer service on the other hand was excellent. The guys who brought the first washer were very good. The guys who brought the second washer were ok. The last two guys who did the last pick up very good. Still waiting on the refund. Overall customer service was better than the product

Seems to have trouble balancing the load, even with a small /normal amount of clothing. I'm not sure I am going to keep it.

They just delivered a second one with the same loud sawing noise! I have owned plenty of washing machines and never experienced anything like this. Wish I could give it a zero. Stay away from GE washers.

On the website you can find the use and care guide (page 26) normal sounds you should hear from your new washer unit. If the noise is causing concern, we suggest taking advantage of your warranty and calling Bodewell, our authorized service team directly at 1-833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET to have your washer evaluated and repaired as needed.
