Posted .We'd like to help out with the settings and share information for cleaning the interior of your washer. To view information about the settings and cycle selections, we recommend checking out pages 7 through 11 in the user manual. This can be viewed by clicking on the "Features" tab, then scrolling down the page on the right until you see a link under the "User Manual" section.
For cleaning the interior, we recommend leaving the lid open after washing to allow the moisture to evaporate. If you want to clean the basket, use a clean soft cloth dampened with liquid detergent, then rinsing.

Called GE and recommendation: pull electrical plug from outlet, wait for 30 seconds and plug into outlet. Light should not be lit. I hope this situation does not continue with this product. Since GE has a solution they must know about this flaw.

Posted .We recommend disconnecting power any time your appliance doesn't function as expected. This forces the electronics to reset much like restarting your cell phone or computer. If you find you're having to do this often for the same issue, we would at that point recommend having service check the unit. Their third party damaged it on the day it was to be delivered and, because it was an open box, I had to go back and purchase another one. Best Buy didn’t make it easy and I couldn't get a refund on the first purchase before buying a new one. I left without buying anything and I don’t plan to go back. That's how they treat a loyal member.

The agitator makes a noise every time it moves back and forth. No way can I work in the kitchen while clothes are being cleaned. Nothing like my Maytag that I had to give up. I'm sure I'll get another washer in a few years.

They showed up an hour earlier than the notification I received that morning for my delivery. The delivery guy's name was Christopher. I initially had no way to contact him. They call, and I left work to meet them, then I get a call from another guy saying they only could wait 15 minutes. I told them I would be there within 15 minutes. I called the guy when I was exiting. He picked up the phone and hung it up without saying anything. Then I texted him. No response. I get home, and they've already left, even though I made my 15 minutes. HORRIBLE customer service. There is no point in them giving you an ETA if it's not accurate. Had to wait until next day for delivery, even though they had "just left."Worst experience I've had with Best Buy. VERY DISAPPOINTED
