It was a good purchase and the price was reasonable. It was recommended to me, and it has been useful.

So far I love this washing machine. My only "negative" is personal and due to me washing delicates. The delicate setting spin cycle is so strong that it will wrinkle my clothes so bad that to get the wrinkles out I have to iron (which I despise doing). But that same spin cycle is WONDERFUL when you are doing towels and jeans! I just wish the spin cycle wasn't set so strong for delicates. So, I would never return it for this but be aware!

So far so good. I wanted a machine with the fewest electronic components. Last one caused many problems. I love old fashion dials. So far plenty of water, some high efficiency have left soap residue due to insufficient water. Installation went well. Didn't need new hoses, wish Installation team could do refund. We had to take back to store but return process was very quick.

Washing machine is quite nice. Washes cloths faster than my old machine, and has a very pleasant sound when it starts and finishes . The controls are easy to understand.

It washed good, very good quality for the price, but it was very noisey.

Love it - had a Whirlpool prior to this, it lasted 20 years and I hung on to it because no lid lock, full water basket, and aggressive agitation to get clothes clean. Found this one, which if on the correct setting (for me it's towels) does pretty much the same thing. The lid only locks after it's finished washing and going into the spin cycle, which is nice to be able to add clothes to the wash during its washing cycle. You have to do a few things to manage to get that full basket of water - - even when putting it on high, you have to press the other button to tell the machine to do a "deep fill". The only problem with this model which I have another at a vacation home which does the exact same thing, is it tends not to be able to handle full loads too well, as it goes into a machine shaking frenzy once in a while. If I open the lid, the machine will stop and I'll have to start the darn thing all over from start to finish which not only wastes water, but also my detergent - so I just let it do its thing. It's not very often that happens as I do try to make sure the load is not too heavy or too lopsided.

Good Machine. Washer does become unbalanced when too many clothes or the load is heavy. However, machine does rebalances its self and lets you know if you may need to spin the cycle again. It’s been a month since purchase so no issues thus far.

You need someone who can make sure it's level and the drain hose on back is the right hight, best buy offers this setup service at a reasonable price. It holds a good amount of clothes, has a quick wash setting, and a cold water only setting. And a lot of other features.

This washer works great. It allows us to fill the machine up completely with water if we want. Agitator works good at getting the clothes clean. It is great to be able to change all the settings the way you want and not have some manufacture dictate what they think is good. Spin dry cycle really removes a lot of water, which allows the dryer to not run a long time to dry our clothes

I've had this machine for two years now and it still works very well. No issues.

So far this washing machine is working perfectly. I hope it lasts for 20 years like my last GE washer.

Love this model, sleek look, large enough drum for quilts/blankets/ heavier loads and sensors for fragile items. Gave 4 stars, a bit noisy.

Efficient and quiet. Large capacity that handles my family's laundry in time-saving effort. I would definitely purchase this type of washer again when the need arises.
