I love this machine. It is very easy to use. It has dials which I prefer, rather than electronic buttons. If is quiet and fast. It cleans clothes very well. (I can't comment on quality yet as I've only had this for a month)

Buy THIS washer. I researched this a lot. This is the only one I found that solves the number one complaint everyone has about washers these days - not enough water. This one is the only one that has a knob for you to add more water. I also watched tons of YouTube videos on how to repair your trusty washing machine. I took mine out of the laundry room, put it outside, took off the cover and found 18 years of washing machine crud everywhere. The videos lied, it's a filthy experience that would have taken way too much of my time. Don't do that. Mine smelled like mildew, I realized that not all the water got pumped out of my machine and I walked away thinking that most people don't know how incredibly filthy their machines are inside. Just disgusting. You would never want to wear those clothes if you knew. Now i just throw the clothes in, turn the water knob up one notch and feel so much better about my clothes. The washing machine's computer knows what to do. Just let it do it's thing.

Happy with this washer. Works well and great price. Very basic, Makes some weird noises, but that did not bother us. No signal when cycle ends, but that did not bother us either

Solid machine durable and well made. Slight swishing noise during operation barely audible unless you’re in the room with the machine.

This washer is HUGE inside and I love using it. Crazy that I look forward to doing laundry, right? But this washer makes me so happy, it is a pleasure washing clothes now. (The matching GE dryer is a delight as well.)

I love this washer. It’s extremely deep so I can fit so many clothes in it and it gets all the water out during the spin cycle. Like other reviews stated, it is pretty loud but that doesn’t bother me personally. I actually enjoy doing laundry now.

They were here in less than 30mins, that includes taking the door off, taking both washing machine and dryer out, connecting new washer and putting dryer back in and putting door back on. We were very pleased.

I needed a washer quick this was in stock. So glad it was cleans clothes no damage to them .holds alot .went back to agitator couldn't be happier.

Great capacity, easy to operate. Sounds are different from previous machines, but that doesn't change the fact that the machine functions so well. Gentle beeps at end of cycle are almost worthless if you are in another room, but who cares? At least it isn't annoyingly loud!

Choices were limited by the space in the laundry room. This machine is on the smaller side. It replaced a top rated Kenmore from 2003. It has over a third more capacity, which is great, especially for the king size mattress pad. It uses less water, and can be programmed to do a double rinse. Water extraction is good. It has flexible options for things like bulky items. The main negative is it is noisy at times.

Top load washer is deep compare to the old one we use to have and it working perfectly less noise and work great .

I love this washer. It is a bit loud but we don’t mind it. It gets clothes clean and that’s what matters to us.

Works great, but is much more noisier than our 15 yr old washer it replaced. Holds a lot more than the old one which is great.

Had to replace our washer of a different brand because of the mold problem in the machine. The company said it was a design flaw but took no responsibility to fix the problem. GE is a trusted brand and this washer has done an excellent job for us so far. Best Buy install went smoothly. Very happy with the service we have received.

I've had this Washer for 6 weeks and have zero complaints so far. This machine offers plenty of options including the ability to open the lid while on wash cycle without hitting the pause button. Another great option is the fill level. You can choose the water level or allow the machine to decide. There are many options for types of clothes, water temperature and additional rinse cycles. This GE Washer was the closest I could find to the good ole days of non digital, multi optioned, full sized agitator machine. Bottom line: It cleans well; clothes come out fresh - from my horse barn clothes to my fine Italian sheets. I hope this machine continues to impress me. Time will tell.

Does a great job. Only complaint is that it is a little noisy. Fortunately I can shut my utility room door and that solves the problem. Love having an agitator again. Gets cloths cleaner and faster.

I like it. Bought it as a back up to my 9 mo old new maytag that was waiting 2 months for parts. Its easy to use and doesnt quit working when it decides it needs to have an Afresh cleaning. Its a nice size for the three of us.

This is a great washer. If you miss your old washer, this may be the one for you. It has an agitator and you can control the water level. Would have given 5 stars but it is louder than I would like.

Loaded with features I likely will not even use but great for a large family. Deep tub. 4.5 cu Ft is really large. Allows for precise filling which is good for small loads.

Nice washer. It can hold alot of clothing. Many washing options and easy to add fabric softener. It is a bit loud when washing the clothes though.
