We purchased this washer online, and we are satisfied, even though it is smaller than our previous washer., it fits well in our space. We like the cycles and the option to choose the fabric softener level. The number of water level controls is great. The glass top is an added plus.

I love this washer! So roomy, there is no doubt I can wash comforters easily! 10 towels no problem and there is still room. The quick wash option I use the most. It is efficient, quick and I can view the clothes through the glass top and its great to see they are clean and spun perfectly. This washer does not dissapoint. I love the sing song chime when I push the start button. Highly recommended!

This washing machine is able to fit big loads. Men delivered it fast and we're very courteous

Works well. The control are easy to use and clothes are clean. I like being able to see through the glass door. We didn't realize how high above the washer it was when opened. So it hits the cabinet above the washer a little bit. Be sure to check that if you buy!

Great washer. The capacity for larger loads is amazing. It washes very quiet and amazing.

It makes more noises than my last washer, and it is louder, but it seems to clean better, slightly concerned about delicates. But there is an option not to spin out that I have not used yet. After it washes, water drops are still all over the inside, so I need to leave the lid open for it to dry out because I am fearful of mold or musty smell. It dries out within an hour after the wash.

I tried the LG upright with no agitator and no controls for water level. I chose this one because it had water control levels and the agitator AND my clothes come out much better!!! The only issue I have is when putting the Clorox it does not dilute it before mixing it into the water, but I believe this is of all new machines no matter which one you choose

Excellent washing machine! Love that you can see through the glass on top. Works wonderfully. The guys delivering this GE washing machine were very courteous and efficient. Even after having to go up a flight of stairs to the entrance of the house and down another flight in the basement. These were very respectful guys. Thank you for a job well done!

I love my new washing machine. The energy efficient options are a nice feature for me. Being able to control the water level and the water temperature, including using tap water, is a great feature. I also find myself doing less loads of laundry due to the drum size.
