The Machine is quiet and fast. I can do quick wash in 17 min and the clothes come out clearn and smelling great. This is a 10 to 12 year invesrment.

I would not recommend this product, or even this brand. We purchased this washer in March 2024. Just before it was a year old it stopped working. We do not over-fill our washer or wash super heavy loads, so I'm not impressed with how quickly this one needed repairs. Getting it repaired has been ridiculously inefficient. The technicians are nice, but getting the right parts sent and then having to wait another week between appointments is a nightmare. Our first appointment was almost a week out from when we called and it was automated so we couldn't even talk to a live person to schedule. When the technician came he installed one part he had on hand and had to order 2 more. We received a box from the manufacturer a week later and then had to wait ANOTHER 5 days for installation. At that appointment, the technician opened the box and told us one of the parts we needed had not been delivered, so the washer was STILL not able to be fixed. After parts were ordered AGAIN we now have to wait another WEEK for them to arrive. After they arrive my husband was told that we can then schedule an appointment for installation. Seriously?? Here we are almost 4 WEEKS with no working washer. We are a family of 5 and it is beyond frustrating to have no working washer (we have also had family visiting from out of town during this time). It would have been much more efficient had ALL the parts arrived the FIRST time. Get it together GE. As it is, I will never purchase anything from GE again. Unless you want to spend a month handwashing laundry for your family (plus company) in a bathtub, avoid this brand. 0 stars for product quality and 0 stars for repair time.

This is probably best washer I have owned it is amazing.

Awesome product even like the chimes.Washes quick and efficient. Has a good variety of cycle options. Customer service at store pick up were nice and helped bringing it in my car. It could come in better packed but it was intact when I removed the box.

The delivery guys were very professional, however, when they turned on the washer to test it, the washer washer made a loud clanging noise so they and I immediately called and reported it broken. The representative that took our call heard the loud noise as well. The washer was returned to the distributor. The dryer arrived the same time of the washer and it had a dent on the side but based on where it we placed it no one could see the dent. I repurchased the GE washer from a different store and it’s working properly so both the GE product easy to use. I would recommend the item just not from Best Buy.

It's very easy to understand and to start it. It's very economical.

Overall, a good washer, but sometimes it gets a little wobbly during the spin cycle.

My new washer has a big tub. You can even wash comforters and things that I was not able to wash before in my old washer. So far so good, it’s a great washer!!

Great washer for the money. GE appliances stand the test of time and they consider this machine to be a workhorse. Love the various wash cycle options and sensors. I highly recommend this washer as I previously had the older model that was over 10 years old.

We love the water control, and quick wash for light wash and I love the glass lid
