    Been happy with this washer. now my clothes dry in half of the time. was surprised by how much smaller this is with more load capacity than my old whirlpool. Works nice.

    This washing machine make loud noises and is not suitable for use on main floor of the home. I would not recommend it. Had the Bestbuy service team / geek squad come and check the noise and they said nothing can be done for the noise. Other than the noise, the machine is working fine so far.

      We would like to provide some troubleshooting tips to help alleviate the sound of the washer. Firstly, make sure that all four rubber leveling legs are firmly on the ground and that your load is balanced. If it isn't, pause the cycle and manually redistribute. Lastly, check out washer sounds on page 27 in your use in care manual. If this information isn't helpful, then service is needed and can be set up via our website or by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET. GE_Appliances
