Since then I have had several Hand Me Downs from family members. Last Washer finally went out. Time to buy NEW appliances! Went with GE, again. I was raised in a home of GE appliances! I am very happy with my NEW Washer & Dryer Set!!!

Posted .We are very sorry to hear you had these issues with your washer. It sounds like the shipping material wasn't completely removed. Washers are designed to extract as much water as possible from the wash load during the spin cycle. This helps to reduce drying time and save energy. Of course, the wash load will still be damp but not soaking wet. If the clothes seem too wet after the wash cycle is complete, the following are possible reasons the clothes may seem too wet. The spin speed is important so you'd want to check that and also oversudsing can cause a suds lock. If you haven't returned your washer yet, please take advantage of your warranty and reach out to Bodewell Service by calling 1-833-426-3393.

It began in the store waiting for someone to help me, getting the store manager involved (James - who was useless), people involved ringing up my order to the call received about my delivery telling that it would be delayed a coupleof days. I cancelled my order. I will not be shopping at the White Marsh again.
