Best Washer ive ever had definitely recomend and they are pretty

This washer is definitely capable of large loads and also love the stainless steel drum. Very very nice washer.

Chime which comes on to indicate washing is through is barely auditable unless standing next to machine. The vent feature is somewhat hard to understand, for example, do you do it after every load, at the end of loads for the day, once a week, etc. If instead, one wishes to simple leave the door open some, is that also okay, since the vent system seems to take a long, long time to complete its cycle.

Love how this handles my huge king quilts and sheets. I lov how it tumbles it almost dry!

Great washing machine, super easy to use, great quality. Definitely beats Samsung in my opinion.

Big load capacity. The WiFi feature is great. It lets us know when the wash is 5 minutes until finished and when it is completed.

Is a good product and it stay a time at my hose is a good atención for tha workers

This is an amazing washer with great features but I do recommend buying the Riser that is sold separately because it’s really low to the floor.

Love it because I can reach inside. Top loaders no longer work for me. A new venting system keeps it from getting musty inside

Buyer beware - Almost $1K on a washing machine that fails in 15 months. Everything was working perfectly and now suddenly the electronic controls have stopped working. There was no power surge, the outlet and all electrical to the laundry room is perfect (everything else was tested and works fine). All troubleshooting and resets have failed. How can such an expensive appliance only be covered for a year? Are they designed to fail so GE can continue to make money selling extended warranties and parts? IF the products are so good, why not stand behind them? I am so disappointed with GE. This is NOT what I expect from such a major brand and I will not buy nor recommend them to anyone.

Heavy dury washer. 100% recommend this washer machine.

This machine replaced a very noisy old Maytag. We picked it because of the slight increase in capacity. It works well, isn't too noisy and the countdown closk is accurate. The wifi integration is middling. I do get announcements from Alexa when the wash is done. We don't use the venting system, preferring to leave the door open to dry. Overall, I'd recommend it. As an aside, the Best Buy install service for $29 was well worth it.

Bought this GE washer in December of 2023, but by June 2025 it suddenly stopped working. No warning, nothing. Had bought warranty for this product and asked for machine to be repaired. Best Buy cancelled my appointments 7 times in less than one month and my machine was never repaired. Went in person to the store, but was turned away at the door because their team doesn't do repair. Store refused to help me with getting support for repairing my washer. Wasted my time, will not buy again.

Great so far! So quiet compared to our old appliance. It also finished the cycle quick. Out old one would take all day long.
