Now it makes a clicking noise cannot choose a cycle. Called geek squad for support they determined I needed a tech to come out. They tell me there are no techs no appointments they have escalated and promised a call back in 24-48 hours. They never call back I have called in everyday for the past 6 days for updates everyday its the same response. Have asked for a supervisor and never get transfered to one. With the protection plan you will pay for a service they will not honor.

Did not expect to have issues just outside of the return policy. Seems like more the buttons and settings the more issues you have. Will need to have the front panel replaced.
