I like so much very efficient and great product to buy!

So far I am very pleased with my GE washer. I read reviews that were favorable about the washer. My opinion on GE appliances was poor so I am very pleasantly surprised.

Replaced Kenmore Elite series with this one. Has all the top grade heavy duty features. Quite.

Very nice! Not super loud. Pretty easy to use and I like all the different settings!

This is an amazing piece of equipment. It is quite clothes come out looking great. The self cleaning and bento cycles keep machine clean and odor free. Very good product. The sales team at Best Buy east Orlando were great. The install team was on time and took about ten mins plus hauled old washer away.would recommend Best Buy and this ge washer to anyone looking for an upgrade

We've owned this washer for 8 months. One morning it suddenly stopped working, cycle would not run, door would not open. We tried unplugging the machine and could not get it opened. The repair person came out days later and got it open so we could take the clothes somewhere else to wash. It's taken multiple trips by the repair person and weeks without it working and still is not fixed. The repairman has nothing good to say about GE wash machines.

Good washer, the only issues we are having is the light wash does not drain properly. Randomly has drain issues on all settings. Currently attempting to fix the issue thru Geek Squad.

Bought a G E washing machine on sale On the phone super super easy scheduled Delivery For 2 days later. Delivery guys were so accommodateing and pleasant.This is my fifth appliance that I have bought at best buy.

Love this product. The last one i owned went through 4 years of abuse with dog hair, muddy kids cloths, the works. And still worked great. I bought a new one recently and regret nothing!

Today I put 4 pairs of jeans in the washer I set it on Normal load, 15 mins later I heard it lock and went in to check out why the machine locked itself after it was already running. It then said there was an 1hour and 3 mins left on cycle literally 5 mins before this I was in the laundry room getting shirts out of the dryer and it then read 51 mins. It seemed to have started the load over which I’m completely confused on. I don’t know if I need to call customer support, if my washer has a defect or if this is normal. I have not hooked up to WiFi or my phone and I did not touch the washer to reset it, I’m not sure why is started over. Is this a common issue? I did love my washer 100% before this issue.

This is a great washer. I especially love the vented door. Still getting use to using the digital choices but its great.

I'm am truly impressed with the quality of this machine. It cleans so good for a HE washer. I got a great sale price on this unit and it made it a lot easier to afford it.

Absolute junk. The pump burned out within 90 days of installation (Best Buy installed the drain hose incorrectly... this was verified by GE - if your washer isn't draining... they shoved the hose too far down the drain). Side note: I had Total Tech, and Best Buy still wanted to charge a trip fee and we would have had to wait 2 weeks for a tech to come out, so don't bother with the Total Tech plan either. The washer then broke 4 more times over the next year (everything from from the door boot gasket failing to the motor failing). Now, 2.25 years after purchase - the motor is dead. The machine is junk... and neither Best Buy or GE will stand behind this product... so you might as well not buy it. P.S. the dyer that matches it also broke 4 times in the first year.

Great washer got the matching dryer the only problem is the amount of noise during the wash and then the spin cycle.

I’ve had this less than 2 years. I’ve had it serviced for not spinning correctly and leaving clothes soaking wet. The Tech said it was due to being to small of a load. Needless to say load size didn’t matter. Now the machine will not work because it thinks the door is unlocked. The door is definitely locked. Did all of the troubleshooting and nothing fixes it. I have to wait 2 weeks for a Tech to come look at it and I have to pay for it because GE only gives a 1 year warranty. I guess that should have been my first sign. One year and it’s still a problem with no warranty. I’m so disappointed in GE. I definitely expected more from them with this purchase. I will definitely be shopping for a new washer and it will NOT be a GE.

Works great, quiet, great settings, spin is not loud.

Love my new washer! It could be quieter but I still love it.
