This is my second set, I tried the top loaders but they just can't do what the front loaders can. I will never go back, I wash heavy things like quilts and pillows, the top washer would always go off balance and leave the quilts wet to the point I had to wring them out, this machine has no such problems

I had issues with my previous front load washer staying fresh, however, this one is completely dry on the inside after running the vent cycle. I really like all the wash options and my clothes come out smelling great!

Disappointing Washer and Dryer Set

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Washer and Dryer Combo purchased in February 2024 replacing a 18 year old combo that still functions properly. Within 6 months the dryer needed the entire drum replaced due to a crack, this was covered under the 3rd party warranty. Their response "it happens", drum replacement would have been$650 if out of warranty. Multiple attempts were made to pay for the extended service warranty however their website always crashed when processing payment. 1 month after the warranty expired, the washing machine now needed a new 'inverter board' running at about $250 for parts and service. While GE covered the repair "as a courtesy" it is ridiculous these $2k appliances breakdown within a few months considering this is a single household lightly using the appliances. Look into different brands if you can, these appliances look great and does work great...when it's working. Can't wait to see what repair comes in the next months. Glad I didn't get rid of my 18 year old appliances that still function perfectly and have had no prior repairs or issues.

Large capacity, good cleaning and it will let you know when it's done. Just remember to measure for it. It'a on the larger side.

Makes cool beeping noises!! Dose what it’s supposed to. Has a fancy app to let you know your laundry is done!! All I need now is the matching dryer.

My last washer was 25 years old and still running - which I don't anticipate this one will do - but, the ease of use, choice of functions and smart technology are worth the update. These were rated well and read lots of reviews before purchasing. Best Buy provided great service.
