Great product once I got it

It took over4 weeks to get the product delivery dates changed and then it was not working. They still took the old one that was working and left the broken one. When I spoke to customer care, I was told that a technician would come but I requested a new one. Technician still and came and suggested a new onealso. I would have to wait an additional 2weeks. I was told that I would be compensated for my time but now that I have the new stove. I was told no even though they had the recording. So problem is they did not care they I had to reduce my cooking for over 3 weeks.

Electric Range

The black/ Chrome look likes great. The burner Play it's awesome look great. I like how they work too. Good buy. The only negative was the delivery. It has a missing level leg. It took a while to get it replce. Still a good Range for the money
