So I did some basic steps to figure out the problem and low and behold this has been serviced before. So i was given a refurbished stove for the price of a new one. Thought maybe I could put a range cord on it instead of the standard electrical cord and noticed screws were bent in the back paneling and two missing all together. Of course it says not returnable.

Bestbuy couldn't install it because of corona virus, but it's ok the delivery guys were really nice and put it up on my deck for me. Installed easy and looks great. Oven works great, I would prefer and electric oven and a has stovetop because of the self cleaning in a electric would be better I think, but as long as you keep up on it the steam cleaning is fine. Stovetop is amazing, we had a glass top before and I prefer this by far since it heats up faster, and looks better in my opinion.
