    Looks wonderful. Love the center griddle as it make wonderful pancakes and grilled sandwiches. Its been 7 years since I last had a gas stove, but I don't remember seeing the reflection of the flame around the broiler door. I'll try that tonight, but everything else is so delightful to use. It makes cooking a delight again!
