We literally wore them out. So far this washer is amazing. It's so heavy that even with a large load and rigorous washing it doesn't budge, which we can't have since it fits right under our cabinets. The massive capacity means I can wash large bedding with ease. It's my new favorite toy! Love it!

I had prior bad experience with the durability of these smart appliances but I count on this being GE branded and made in the US to be better compared to the imported ones.

It makes random sounds as if clothes are being washed. It's not normal and i called to get fix but when GE person checked, they gave me some words but did not fix.

Failed in 15 Months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased a GE gfw650spn4sn in May of 2023. The basket bearings have already failed and GE will not warranty. They claim that the bearings are only guaranteed to last 12 months. $1,000 down the drain.
