If I could give this 0 stars I would. It stopped working the second day it arrived - any cycle that ran with just hot water, would not fill. Cold water washes worked just fine. GE customer support was unable to send a technican out for over a week, at which point it was faster to return the product and have a new one delivered. Although Best Buy reviews reports no negative feedback - there is plenty of negative feedback about this washer online (specifically Reddit) that reports the same problem that I had.

Was good for 13 months and then the motherboard broke along with the door lock. Stuck with wet clothes in there for 2 weeks. Have a total tech plan which geek squad came out and there was no attempt to try to repair anything. Ordered a main board and new lock mechanism and will have to wait an additional week. The fresh vent doesn’t work as intended - it still would smell musty after using it after each wash.

It's a great product overall. I bought this from outlet and it turned out to be a great investment in a price I paid.

The washing machine stopped working after a year and a half. The machine will turn on, but then click off after a few seconds. The screen goes blank. I called GE for service, but was told it was out of warranty. So then we called a local appliance repair person who diagnosed it as a problem with the Ultra Fresh Vent. She cleared the codes and it worked again for 2 weeks and then the same problem happened again. We just had another appliance repair person out today who says that the problem is with the main control board that will cost $420 to repair! We've already spent $154 in diagnoses, but it still is not even working. Seeing many other reviews here with the same problem! Sounds like a manufacturing flaw, that GE doesn't support. It's going to cost almost as much to repair by getting a new control board installed as we paid for it, with no guarantee that the new board won't have the same problem. So it looks like this machine is a piece of junk after 1.5 years that is headed to the dump.

I am very happy with my Ge Ultra fresh washer. My favorite feature is the auto detergent dispenser. But honestly every feature is great. I washed a king size comforter, sheets, pillow cases and it handled them no problem.

I simply love my washer. It can do so many things!

This laundry machine was a nightmare. I bought it because my mom has had hers for over 10 years, but it is clear that they do not make them how they used to. The technician told us that the machine had a severe electrical issue that kept frying the lock part. He recommended buying a new laundry machine. My brother also has the same laundry machine for the same reason, he thought it'd last over 10 years. Sure enough, it broke down already. It was a $450 repair. We've both had our laundry machines for less than 2 years. I would NOT recommend. HORRIBLE

Our old washer was breaking down so we upgraded to this machine. It’s a really good washer. I didn’t realize it was also a dryer. We don’t use those settings at all since we bought a bigger capacity dryer. We’ve had this washer for about a month and we really like it so far.

I love this washing machine. It has a lot of features: dryer and vent, cold water wash, delicates, bulk items, etc. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I'm sure this review will be flagged due to not being the equipment fault. Best Buy not honoring a price match. the situation is that the price changed just a week after purchasing. I called 3 days after the window of price matching. I have purchased many large purchases from Best Buy. Best Buy will not honor the price match if you call late, even though the price was changed during your window of price match. I work in customer services and when a customer is looking for support. I mean resemble support. I try to help anyway I can. This will be my last big purchase from Best Buy

I had really loved this washer but I had to return it due to being defected.

Bought a second one. First one only lasted 4 years. I’d get the 5 year protection plan. Little pricey. Lots of options, WiFi connection is handy to tell you when it’s done.

Really an amazing option without breaking the bank. Love the smart hq app that notifies you of your washing and drying to avoid leaving any clothes behind. Would recommended this product to anyone going new while being price conscious.
