Simple and easy to use. So far so good but only had it for a month now.

I can’t give a review due to item never was delivered. It was supposed to be delivered 1/18 but there was some kind of delay when I called on arrival time I was told it would be delayed and delivered 1/23. I called on 1/21 to check when to it would arrive. This time the guy from store had me on phone forever checking when it would arrive he came back said it could take up to 2 months to arrive it’s back ordered. I was out of control hearing this after others had told me different dates. I wanted to speak to manager but was told I had to go to store to speak to them. I said no way and said cancel order completely. Son told me check with Home Depot for range I went there and they had them in warehouse and it’s already on its way to my home as I give this review. It only took them 3 days to have it to my home. That said I will no longer purchase my appliances at Best Buy. Very poor customer experience
We are sorry to hear of your experience with your original retailer not being able to get your appliance delivered in a suitable timeframe. We are however happy that you were able to check with Home Depot and they were able to get this range delivered to you.
