    Great product and a super price. Delivered on time, and set up great. Thanks to the delivery drivers, and thanks for their wonderful job, and explaining everything to us. Love the product, and the great guys who delivered our new stove. Very neat and cleanup was perfect.

    Like The stove overall. Harder to keep clean because it's black. Been nice to have better operation instruction....very questionable.

    Sold my house and remodeling the new house. Like this freestanding range and ordered it from you, but it hasn't arrived yet so it's hard to give a review that might be of help to you. Please send me another review after I'm moved in (mid to late November) and I'll be happy to give you another review. I love doing business with Best Buy because of the positive and helpful employees.

    Paid for installation and the delivery guy could not install the stove. We told him we didn’t want the stove and he proceeded to bring the stove in the house. He told us a plumber could install the stove for $100.00 dollars and we called a plumber and they said installation costs $700.00. I ordered a chord with the stove and they gave me a Laundry Steel Hose. The delivery man did not speak English. Don’t waste your money.

    Easy stove to operate, pleased with delivery and set up. One complaint about the stove itself, the over drawer below is not deep enough to store very many pots and pans, that's the only complaint I have. Otherwise, very pleased

    We prefer a gas range but that was not an option that was available. We went with an electric range that had the flat top burners. This type of range does not work well with a wok so we returned the range and purchased an older electric range that comes with four burner rings. From past experience we know that this old fashioned range can work with a wok. It’s not what we originally wanted but is the best option available. Our next home will have gas.

    I like the bisque range, but Best Buy did not have a bisque refrigerator. So I will opt for the more popular stainless steel range and fridge.
