I purchased this about 45 days ago and it is still not here. The took my money and I paid for it. Should have delovered within a week. A week later they called and said back ordered. So we are without a range for another month or two.

Again, the two young men were great and very professional. I recommend Best Buy based on customer service. We are never disappointed when working with employees there. The stove is great and a welcome change from our broken gas one.

It's very annoying. Other than that, this is a really nice range. It's too bad it's so noisy. It says this is "normal" on their website, but that doesn't make it any less annoying.

I purchased this stove because the price is right! Today, used the self-cleaning feature... BIG MISTAKE! Massive Toxins released causing burning eyes, running nose, headache, and nausea. I am actually afraid to use self-cleaning feature again!, The TOXIC SMELL IS STILL LINGERING IN MY HOME.
