Simple to operate and high capacity

I discovered the Optimum Dry setting on the dial and I don't need to come check to see if it's dry because it will detect when the humidity is right and finish it's cycle saving me a trip or two.

Finally it arrived, On time and professionally installed. The customer service was great!! I have purchased products in the past from Best Buy, And haven’t been disappointed. O’Yea!! This dryer happens to be the matching set to my washing machine. What a coincidence.

Not pleased with purchase

Sometimes clothing is still wet, sometimes it is burning hot. Seems like the knob sticks and it would keep running if we didn’t shut it off. Also has a very loud obnoxious buzzer at the end of the cycle that can not be turned off. Sometimes it buzzes once, sometimes twice. Needless to say I will be returning this.

While the washer has naked wire and leaked water everywhere and the guys who came to install both units were disappointed. I went to the store to change the washer and the dryer to get Samsung brand two pairs open box. After the supervisor gave me, gas dryer for $561 and washer for $345, I made a payment and as i was about leaving the store, they canceled the order; saying they won’t be able to sell it again for that offer given to me.. wasted my time and energy for an 1hr waiting for a member of the management.
