I wanted to tell this as briefly as i can buying appliances from Best Buy i would not recommend they delivered my washer and dryer damaged not one but twice the dryer was only 2 months old they completely gutted out the dryer they delivered all of this equipment to my home AFTER SPENDING COUNTLESS HOURS ON THE PHONE they fixed the dryer which was only 2 months old after attempting to fix it so disappointed waited a long time to buy a new washer and dryer my old ones were 18 years old now our washer does not drain out the water after a load of washing YOU CALL BEST BUY AND CORPORATE NO GOOD ANSWERS OR SOLUTIONS 3 STRIKES YOU ARE OUT BEST BUY WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM YOUR STORE PEOLE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR TAKE MY ADVICE SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND TIME GO ELSEWHWERE FOR YOUR APPLIANCES THEY SELL REFURBURISHED JUNK

Still learning to use it. The dryer works pretty well, has all of the bells and whistles. We had an old dryer so it's nice to have all the mod cons. Does not seem to dry the load thoroughly so we have to keep adding time. Otherwise we like it a lot.

This is a good product that I purchased. I am very satisfied.

I was really not pleased with this dryer. I had high hopes because I have the matching washer and am very happy with it. But this dryer? No way. It was so loud it was disturbing in any room in the house. I could not have the TV on and the dryer too. But more than that, it did not dry very effectively. I was careful not to overload it. Most of my laundry loads are small anyway. The largest might be a set of sheets. And those sheets would take 2 and sometimes 3 cycles to fully dry. Luckily, I got in on the return time, and upgraded to a Maytag dryer that I absolutely adore (as much as one can adore a dryer, anyway). My advice? Stay away.

This dryer is very good quality and remarkably very quiet.

we bought this in December and it has been working great

I cannot believe that my dryer broke down already. We purchased the washer dryer combo on November 7th, 2020. It was installed approximately 1 week later. Myself, wife and 2 sons use the washer and dryer. On February 8th I head the machine making a grinding sound while spinning. I called Best Buy Total tech support (because they had insisted that I purchase the support when I bought the washer/dryer combo.) To my surprise and chagrin, they referred me to GE as “the item was still under warranty” Reached out to GE and they and they scheduled someone to look at item on February 16th. Person came looked at the dryer, and said they would order the part and when they received it they would reach out to me. That was one week ago. We are still awaiting the call. We cannot wash our clothes as there is no space to hang our clothes. We’re still awaiting a call or something/someone for my dryer to be fixed. It is just so disappointing and frustrating that a machine that was purchased less than 3 months ago could breakdown so quickly and easily. No wonder there is this insistence on pressuring us to purchase a warranty. This is just wrong on so many levels. The machine is gorgeous and looks really nice in my basement, but that is all. Apparently it is junk. Ignore my previous rating.

We had never used a gas dryer before, but the delivery folks set it up quickly and it worked from the start. The large capacity has been key since we have a large household. It has been running almost every other day with no issues and usually dries the load in 35 minutes.

Machine did not work and broke! I called to the GE customer service. The technician came and he said I needed to change a part, so he ordered the part for me and ship to my apartment ( I bought it brand new machine), the part never came and I needed to make another appointment for technician to come again! It took almost like 3 months! I don’t have dryer to use for 3 months. GE customer service was very bad and hung up on me. I wouldn’t buy any product from this company!

Still in love with my dryer. It dry just as good as it did the first day I received it. Definitely would recommend brought in 2021

Everything went smooth and on time ! Very pleased with everyone! We love our new Samsung 65” TV and Soundbar. And love love my new washer and dryer !!!! Thank you Best Buy ! A loyal forever customer!

Less than a month after we received the dryer it broke down and we are having to wait a week to have it repaired.

Dryer makes a loud noise when I turn it on and continues to make a weird vibrating noise while drying.

Clothes come out clean. Can be a bit noisy at times . Clothes are refreshed

Works great. I love the amount of cycles that it has. If I had to do it again, I would pick this item again.

Worked for the first month. Now it still spins while four is open, says door is open when it isn’t, sometimes it doesn’t get hot, sometimes the drying cycle will automatically stop or pause after 5 min. Light stopped working when dryer door opens.
