I am please with the capacity, light inside, the quietness and the efficiency in which it dries the clothes. The setting options are more than efficient. You can mute the sound notification which is a plus. We installed this ourselves and it was pretty simple (we are DIY sufficient folk).

They dropped off in our garage and since one of their workers didn't show up they would not move in to laundry room or install even though we had that scheduled. Have tried to contact them multiple times and can not get through to anyone in customer service or shipping. If you purchase would not recommend or count on best buy for installation

Though i had to have tech support come out to my house after only 1 use. Because of a pinched wire that was installed wrong at manufacturing. Besides that it works well. Safe and efficient

We have had GE out to service it multiple times and the problem does not get resolved. One load will fry great and the next one will run and never add heat so the clothes never dry. GE service has replaced a lot of parts on this dryer and they just can not resolve it. WE are getting close to the end of the warranty period , we will see if they stand behind their product and continue to try to resolve the problems.
